Cookies are small values saved by your browser. We also use localStorage to remember your cookie preference and sessionStorage for an optional visit flag. These technologies support website functionality and, if you agree, help us understand usage and improve performance and the user experience.
Essential and functional storage
Your consent preference, administrative sign-in, and cookies needed for a like action you request remain available when you reject optional cookies. Public pages, contact forms, navigation, and other core functionality do not require analytics consent. Browsing posts does not create a like identifier.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled until you select Accept Cookies. After acceptance, our own analytics may record visits, post views, and shares. Visit records include a salted hash of the IP address, browser information, the page path, and referrer. Post metrics use a random analytics identifier and may include a hashed IP address to help count activity consistently. These are pseudonymous records, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Selecting Reject Cookies disables future analytics recording and removes the optional analytics cookie and visit flag from your browser. Rejecting later does not erase records already collected while you had consented. We currently do not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. External links lead to websites with their own cookie policies.

- orbitdor_analytics — Optional analytics
- A random identifier used to avoid counting repeated post views and shares. Created only after acceptance.
- Duration: Up to 180 days; removed on rejection.
- orbitdor_visit_tracked — Optional analytics
- A sessionStorage flag that limits visit recording to once per browser tab session. Used only after acceptance.
- Duration: Tab session; removed on rejection.
Manage your cookie choice
Accept Cookies allows optional analytics; Reject Cookies keeps it disabled. Your choice is remembered for 180 days on this browser, after which we ask again. You can return here through the Cookie Policy link in the footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser can also make the banner appear again. If your browser blocks persistent storage, we respect your choice during this page session but may ask again on a later visit.
